AXAREL 2200 is a high-performance electronics cleaner designed for hand-wipe and immersionapplications. This proprietary cleaner is based on a mixture of highly-refined, polar and non-polarsolvents.

AXAREL 2200 is selected when a fast drying solvent with excellent solvency, good soil loading and lowsurface residue is required. It is also selected for removing white residues sometimes observed whendefluxing with isopropyl alcohol (IPA).

AXAREL 2200 is formulated to quickly remove uncured Surface Mount Device (SMD) adhesive andunreflowed solder paste from stencils and misprinted assemblies. It also effectively removes no-clean,water-soluble and rosin solder paste and flux residues as well as tape residues.

AXAREL 2200 may be a suitable replacement for isopropyl alcohol (IPA), d-limonene, hydrocarbons,hydrofluoroethers (HFEs), hydrofluororcarbons (HFCs), HCFC-141b and HCFC-225.

AXAREL 2200 offers excellent compatibility with many substrates and materials used in electronicassembly cleaning applications.
